General Terms & Conditions — Generation Bounce Back, SPC

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale ("Terms") apply to all transactions concluded through the websites operated by Generation Bounce Back, SPC. A "Customer" is any natural or legal person who places an order with Generation Bounce Back, SPC that is validated through our secure payment platform.

Article 1a: Age Restrictions

Generation Bounce Back, SPC only accepts customers who are at least 18 years old and permits newsletter subscriptions and account creation only for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do our best to restrict access to our site, products, and services to adults. Any newsletter subscriber found not to meet this age requirement will be removed from our database upon discovery. Any customer found not to meet this requirement will be refunded, and any physical product(s) received must be returned.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a Generation Bounce Back, SPC website constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Article 3: Price

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout based on the customer's location where required by law, as well as shipping and handling for physical products. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, the price charged for a given order will be the price displayed at the time that order was placed.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due in full at the time an order is placed, including for pre-order products. We accept payment by major credit and debit cards. Secure online payment processing is provided by Paypal. Payment information is encrypted in transit; the security of the payment processing system is Paypal’s responsibility and is governed by Paypal's own terms and policies, not by Generation Bounce Back, SPC.

Article 5: Delivery

For physical products: Delivery is made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please verify your address and postal/zip code carefully before submitting your order. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product has left our facility or our fulfillment partner's facility, except that in the event of a lost shipment, we will work to ensure you receive a replacement or a refund, consistent with our shipping policy.

For digital products and courses: Access is granted electronically, typically immediately or within a stated timeframe after payment is confirmed, via login credentials or a direct access link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Generation Bounce Back, SPC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer or by the customer's email spam filtering.

Article 6: Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Physical Products

Physical products (such as merchandise) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the returned item.

  • To start a return, email help@generationbounceback.com with your order number.

  1. Digital Courses

If a course isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content.

  • This limit exists so the guarantee reflects a genuine "try it and see" period rather than a way to access the full course for free — we think that's a fair balance for both sides.

  • Refund requests must be submitted by emailing help@generationbounceback.com with your order number and the course name.

  • If a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing or completing the course, this window and usage limit don't apply — contact us, and we'll make it right.

  1. Digital Downloads (Worksheets, Workbooks, and Standalone PDFs)

Standalone digital downloads (individual worksheets, workbooks, or PDF guides sold on their own, outside of a course) are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or accessed, since these files are fully usable immediately upon delivery.

  • The exception is a technical error on our end, such as a corrupted file or the wrong file being sent, in which case we will send a corrected file or issue a full refund.

  • If you haven't yet accessed your download and simply changed your mind, contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we'll accommodate a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Article 7. Cancellation Policy — Workshops, Presentations & Speaking Engagements

This policy applies to booked in-person workshops, virtual (Zoom) workshops, and speaking or presentation engagements with Generation Bounce Back, SPC.

Booking and Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the scheduled engagement. Dates are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.

  1. Client Cancellations

  • 30 or more days before the engagement: Full refund of all fees paid, minus the deposit, which is non-refundable once a date has been reserved and held.

  • 14–29 days before the engagement: 50% of the total fee is refunded. The deposit is non-refundable.

  • Less than 14 days before the engagement: No refund. However, you may apply the full fee toward a rescheduled date within the next 6 months, subject to availability (see Rescheduling below).

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: The full fee is retained, with no refund and no rescheduling credit.

  1. Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is available per booking if requested at least 14 days before the original engagement date, subject to availability of a new date. Rescheduling within less than 14 days will be accommodated where possible but is not guaranteed, and may be treated as a late cancellation under the terms above if a new date cannot be arranged.

  1. If Generation Bounce Back Needs to Cancel

In the event that Jennifer Dhillon or Generation Bounce Back needs to cancel a confirmed engagement, clients will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the deposit, or the option to reschedule to a mutually convenient date, client's choice.

  1. Circumstances Beyond Anyone's Control

For genuine emergencies, illness, or circumstances outside a client's reasonable control, Generation Bounce Back will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a reschedule rather than strictly enforcing the cancellation windows above. This is handled case by case and is offered at our discretion, not as a guaranteed right.

  1. Custom and Multi-Day Engagements

For multi-day or custom-scope engagements (such as extended trainings or bundled workshop series), the terms above serve as the default policy, but the specific cancellation terms for that engagement will be set out in the signed agreement or proposal for that booking, which will govern if its terms differ from this general policy.

  1. Virtual (Zoom) Workshops

The same policy applies to virtual engagements as to in-person ones. Technical issues on the client's end (such as connectivity problems) that prevent full participation do not qualify for a refund under this policy, though Generation Bounce Back will work in good faith to provide a recording or alternate access where possible.
