The "Human Economy" is about what separates us from the Machines We Make - people, creativity, originality.

We are in a time of constant change verging on total chaos, and the traditional way of thinking about resilience—"just work harder, push through, and figure it out on your own"—is leaving people exhausted, unmotivated, and burned out.

What is the Human Economy?

The Human Economy is built on the idea that we ALL come from resilient stock. Every one of us alive today comes from humanity's winners. Our ancestors survived long enough to extend their family lines and with that comes eons of survival. Whatever we are going through, we will survive but we must focus on the elements that make humans special. The human economy is the people and practices we can adapt to and adopt that strengthen our capacity to innovate, create, endure, thrive and most of all find joy in our accomplishments and connections.

We are at an evolutionary crossroads where we can consciously manage our nervous system, use our man-made tools to create more wealth and health, and we can make decisions to do what's right for our home: planet Earth.

In essence, the Human Economy comes from understanding and mastering the messages of our past, being good at creating environments that support life and relationships, and managing our nervous system.

We can learn to work with those forces instead of fighting against them.

It’s about recognizing:

  • Struggles are real, but they don’t define us.

  • Vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness.

  • Emotional self-awareness is essential—not "soft" skills.

  • Support systems—whether in life or at work—are the key to sustainable success.

How I Help People Apply This Mindset

Through coaching, workshops, and consulting,

I help clients:

  • Develop resilience strategies that actually work—not just quick fixes.

  • Improve communication & emotional intelligence—because these skills make or break careers.

  • Navigate stress & uncertainty without burnout

  • Use AI and modern tools wisely—so technology supports growth, rather than adds more stress.
